For Friday and Saturday reservations in September, October, and November for table seats (excluding counter seats), we ask that you order a course meal or duck suki (for 2 people or more). For reservations in private rooms on all days of the week, we ask that you order duck suki. *We do not ask walk-in customers to order this.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
*If you would like to make a reservation for Kamo Sukiyaki, please write the number of servings you would like in the request field. This will allow us to serve the dish relatively quickly even during busy periods. We would appreciate your consideration.
*We do not request this for walk-ins on the day.

If you make a reservation with the number of people included, we may cancel it.

For reservations of 8 or more people, the following cancellation policy applies.
Please cancel your reservation at least 3 days in advance.If you cancel 2 days before, the day before, or on the day of your reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen (tax included) per person, except for unavoidable circumstances.*If you book a course meal, the price is 3,000 yen per person (tax included)
●If the number of people changes, even at the last minute, there will be no cancellation fee.
●If even the illness or emergency of one person would cause the entire banquet to be canceled, please refrain from making a reservation.
